A large crowd of bidders and onlookers alike gathered at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Washington County, as the Century 21 Realty Group Hagan Auction Team prepared to sell 3 farms owned by C. Baker Jr. LLC. by power point presentation. The first farm to sell was the Raybourne Farm containing 167.076 acres total, offered in 7 tracts, with a total sales price of $566,267.90. Winning bidder on that farm was Pat & Elaine Mattingly of Springfield, purchasing Tract 2, containing 67.341 acres for a total purchase price of $166,321.49, followed by Toyotomi America Corp. of Springfield buying Tract 1 containing 35.161 acres for a total sales price of $150,840.69, Howard E. & Sandra G. Carey of Lebanon, purchasing Tract 4 containing 19.138 acres for a total purchase price of $74,733.89, Joseph R. & Jena H. Hill of Springfield buying Tract 5 containing 17.792 acres for a total sales price of $62,627.84, Joseph S. Clements of Springfield, purchasing Tract 6 containing 17.361 acres for a total purchase price of $62,065.58, and Springfield Excavating Co., of Springfield, buying Tract 7 containing 13.283 acres for a total sales price of $49,678.42. The next farm to sell was the Carolina Heights Farm containing 47.4259 acres total, offered in 8 tracts, with a total sales price of $668,434.05. Winning bidder of the day was Barber Enterprises, LLC. of Springfield, purchasing Tract 6 containing the 100 x 200 clear span steel building and 7.916 acres for a total purchase price of $372,900.00, followed by Pat and Elaine Mattingly of Springfield, buying Tracts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, & 8 containing 39.5099 acres for a total sales price of $295,534.05. The final farm of the day was the Midway Lane Farm, containing 79.692 acres total, offered in 19 tracts, with a total sales price of $284,517.16. Winning bidder of the day was William David & Kelly Jo Humes of Springfield, purchasing Tracts 3,4,5,6,7,8,9, 19, 20, & 21 containing 64.653 acres for a total purchase price of $216,603.26, followed by 3-D Construction of Bardstown, buying Tracts 10,11,12,13,14,15,16, 17, & 18 containing 15.039 acres for a total sales price of $67,913.89.
