Winning bidder on that farm was Pat & Elaine Mattingly of Springfield, purchasing Tract 2, containing 67.341 acres for a total purchase price of $166,321.49, followed by Toyotomi America Corp. of Springfield buying Tract 1 containing 35.161 acres for a total sales price of $150,840.69, Howard E. & Sandra G. Carey of Lebanon, purchasing Tract 4 containing 19.138 acres for a total purchase price of $74,733.89, Joseph R. & Jena H. Hill of Springfield buying Tract 5 containing 17.792 acres for a total sales price of $62,627.84, Joseph S. The next farm to sell was the Carolina Heights Farm containing 47.4259 acres total, offered in 8 tracts, with a total sales price of $668,434.05. Winning bidder of the day was Barber Enterprises, LLC. of Springfield, purchasing Tract 6 containing the 100 x 200 clear span steel building and 7.916 acres for a total purchase price of $372,900.00, followed by Pat and Elaine Mattingly of Springfield, buying Tracts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, & 8 containing 39.5099 acres for a total sales price of $295,534.05.
