The Century 21 Realty Group Hagan Auction Team began their morning in the Howardstown Community of Nelson County.  A large crowd of prospective bidders and onlookers alike gathered as the Auction Team prepared to sell the 39.80 acres farm for the Delime Boone Estate, Michael A. Boone and Kenneth Raymond Boone, Co Exeuctors.  The property was offered in 4 tracts and sold to two winning bidders.  The winning bidder of the day was Charles T. Riggs of Bardstown, purchasing Tracts 2 & 3 containing 29.08 acres for a total sales price of $102,361.60, followed by Berry and Andie Boone of Howardstown purchasing Tracts 1 & 4 containing 10.72 acres and house for a total purchase price of $62,876.00.
