An large crowd of bidders and onlookers alike showed up at Parquet Springs Convention Center in Bullitt County on Saturday, December 1 at 10:07 a.m., to bid and buy on the two Frances E. Eddington Estate properties.  In the growing transition of inside auction sales, a Power Point Presentation was shown for prospective bidders to view 70 digital pictures of the 2 properties displayed on a large screen beginning 1-hour prior  and throughout the entire auction.  The first auction property consisted of 2 tracts with a total of 25.658 acres located on Beech Grove Road, Bullitt County.  Winning bidders of the day were, Jeffrey T. Newton, of New Haven, KY., purchasing Tract 2 containing 12.829 acres for a  total sales price of $63,503.55, followed by Calvin Michael Clark of Shepherdsville, KY., buying Tract 1 containing 12. 829 acres for a total purchase price of $56,447.60.  The second auction property was a fabulous brick, ranch style home located at 175 Mills Court, Shepherdsville, KY.  The winning bidder of the day was Dewayne & Alla Brumley, of Shepherdsville, purchasing the house & lot for a total sales price of $135,300.00.  The entire auction was held at Parquet Springs Convention Center and handled by the Century 21 Realty Group Auction Team consisting of 10 Team members, including: auctioneers, apprentice auctioneers, clerks, cashiers, and auction assistants.
