A large crowd of prospective bidders and onlookers alike gathered as the Auction Team prepared to sell the real property owned by Ruby F. & Charles O’Bryan. The winning bidder of the day on the 2 bedroom, brick, ranch style home was Daniel R. Raisor of Bardstown, purchasing the house and lot for a total sales price of $47,300.00. Immediately following this sale, the Century 21 Realty Group Hagan Auction Team moved to 173 Plum Run Road, Bardstown, KY., where another large crowd of prospective bidders and onlookers had gathered to bid and buy the real estate selling for Charles and Vicki Hamper. The winning bidder of the day on this parcel of land containing 2 homes and a detached garage was Marion & Donna Pulliam of Bardstown, purchasing the houses and lot for a total sales price of $41,800.00.
