A large crowd of prospective bidders and onlookers alike gathered as the Century 21 Realty Group Hagan Auction Team prepared to sell the real property owned by Charles J. & Robin M. Shelton.  The winning bidder of the day on the 46.526 acre farm was Kenneth D. & Evelyn M. Puckett of Elizabethtown, purchasing Tract 4 & 5, containing 21.321 acres for a total sales price of $71,591.74, followed by Wayne & Debra Ayers of New Haven, buying Tract 3, containing 16.998 acres for a total sales price of $49,549.17, and Raywick Farms, Inc. of Bardstown purchasing Tract 6, containing 8.207 acres for a total sales price of $19,860.94.
