A large crowd showed up at the Days Inn Convention Center located in Bardstown, KY on Saturday June 24 at 10:07 am to bid and buy at a multiple auction sale!! In the growing transition of inside auction sales, a PowerPoint Presentation was shown for prospective bidders to view the properties, and were displayed on a large screen beginning 1 hour prior to and throughout the entire auction. The auction began selling the 2 Bird Bankruptcy properties, with the commercial building and lot located at 802 N.Third Street, Bardstown, Ky selling for $118,800.00 with the winning bidder being Robert Simpson Properties LLC, of Bardstown, KY., Then the Century 21 Realty Group Hagan Auction Team sold 19.76 acres of woodland located on Kinder Lane, Bullitt County, Ky for a total price of $43,472.00, and the winning bidder being Norman Shain, of Cox's Creek, Ky. The final property of the day was 41.94 acres sold for Mr. & Mrs. Jerry Boone, located on Cecil Ridge, Howardstown Community, Nelson County, KY.
