A large crowd of bidders and onlookers alike showed up for this Thursday evening auction.  The winning bidder on the real estate was John R. & Lillian June Heffley, of Shepherdsville, purchasing the building and lot for a total sales price of $143,000.000.  Also selling the same evening was a full line of personal property. 
Weekday and evening auctions really seem to work well.  We always draw a good crowd of bidders.
