The Century 21 Realty Group Auction Team sold 8.13 acres in 4 tracts to a crowd of bidders and onlookers alike on Saturday morning, October 7, 2006.  The auction was held at the property located on Hwy 61 in Mt. Sherman, KY.
            Volume buyers of the day were J.J. Childers of Buffalo, purchasing tracts 1, 2, & 3 for a total of 3.878 acres for $46,145.00, followed by Tim Ford off Buffalo, buying tract 4, 4.2522 acres for $10,725.00.
