The rain didn't slow down the enthusiasm or the bidding at Thursday nights auction.  A great crowd of potential buyers showed up and endured the weather as the Century 21 Realty Group Auction Team sold the Downs farm located on Plum Run Road, Bardstown, Nelson County, KY.  The winning bidder of the day was Roger Ballard, of Bardstown, purchasing the farm for a sale price of $159,311.79.
