The Century 21 Realty Group Auction Team sold 0.279 acres and older building to a crowd of bidders and onlookers alike on Tuesday evening, October 10, 2006.  The auction was held at the property located at 1302 & 1304 Main Street, Westpoint, KY.
            Volume buyer of the day was Charley & Sherri Green of Louisville, purchasing the building & lot for $22,000.00.
