A large crowd attended the auction of Billy and Amy Hill’s 95 acres located at 3717 Cissellville Road in Washington Counties Bearwallow Community! The sale was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Bardstown, KY., by power point presentation (following the growing trend of indoor land auction sales).
Volume buyers of the day were Chad G. & Amanda L. Cissell of Springfield, KY. Purchasing tracts 7, 8, & 9 – 56.95 acres for $119,131.76, followed by Joseph R. & Jena Hill of Springfield, KY., buying tracts 1, 2, 3, 4, & 6 – 22.881 acres for a total of $50,922.30, and Joseph Charles and Rebecca Darlene Kelty of Springfield, KY., purchasing tract 5 – 15.378 acres for $48,210.03.
