buying 22.96 ac for $54,300.40, followed by Todd C. & Penny R. Jenkins of
Hodgenville purchasing tracts 1 & 2 – 12.24 acres for $41,065.20, James E. &
Katherine K. Bondurant buying tract 6 – 14 acres for $33,110.00, W. Douglas &
Donna K. Reed of Elizabethtown purchasing tracts 4 & 5 – 14.71 acres for
$37,193.20, and Alvin Worner, LLC, of Wendell, North Carolina buying tract 3 –
6.62 acres for $18,205.00.
