The Century 21 Realty Group Hagan Auction Team traveled to Hall Gaddie Road, in Larue County Saturday morning to sell an outstanding 75.2 acre farm and home.  A large crowd attended Saturday’s sale, that was set up in the farm shop located on the property.  The farm sold in the third round to two winning bidders.

Volume buyers of the day were Rickie & Sherry Livers, of Finley, William C. & Faye Puyear of Hodgenville, and Keith & Diane Bault of Hodgenville purchasing the home and 21.06 acres for $197,669.00, followed by William T. & Sandra P. Gardner of Lawrenceburg, purchasing 54.14 acres for $129,936.00.
